Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Construction Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of digital construction techniques and experience with software tools to view and interrogate models.

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use. This includes monitoring the completion of IM Gateway forms, ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information requirements are responded to and delivered across relevant projects, and supporting and auditing the project team to ensure standards, methods and procedures are in use.

You will also share best practice with the Head of Digital Construction and work on continued improvement of PLM resources. A strong understanding of ISO 19650 and open BIM standards is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and employee discounts.
