Studio Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Administrator to support our Photographic and Video Studio team at Draper Tools.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and evolve. As a Studio Administrator, you will play a crucial role in planning and scheduling photography and video work, ensuring seamless execution of projects from start to finish.

• Schedule photography and video shoots, maintaining up-to-date plans and identifying potential issues with the Studio Manager.
• Action requests from various teams, including Marketing, Buying, and Sales, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Manage post-production administration for new photo and film content, including file naming, indexing, and organizing cut-outs and Photoshop actions.
• Coordinate equipment requirements for studio and external locations, showcasing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Support the Studio Manager in ad-hoc tasks, such as product preparation and assembly.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
