At Pied-De-Poule, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for providing first-line management to a small team of prison-based tutors, including resource planning and day-to-day operational management of provision.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of tutors to ensure retention, achievement, success, and attendance rates meet contractual and internal targets.
- Support and manage a culture of continuous improvement in quality of education and learner experience, including coaching and supervision for tutors.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date data and information to the management team.
- Contribute to the development of processes and standard operating models to achieve contractual, compliance, and quality targets.
- Contribute to quality management of provision, including self-assessment and quality improvement planning.
- Contribute to curriculum review and ongoing development to ensure high-quality, engaging curricula that promote active learning and meet employer and learner needs.
- Teaching qualification at L3 or above.
- Experience of operational management in an education or training setting.
- Organised, self-motivated, and flexible.
- Leadership and Management qualification, ideally L5 or above.
- Experience of quality management or development of tutors or provision.
- Experience of curriculum development in Ofsted-aligned provision.
