We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Thera East Anglia. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities. This may involve supporting individuals in their own homes, in the local community, or at our short breaks (respite) support.

As a Female Support Worker, you will work closely with our service users, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans. You will also have the opportunity to progress your career within our organization, with clear paths for advancement to more senior roles.

To succeed in this role, you will require a passion for providing high-quality support and a commitment to promoting the independence and well-being of our service users. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including long days and sleep-in shifts.
