At Kainos, we're seeking a skilled Functional Consultant (Dynamics) to join our team. As a key member of our Dynamics practice, you'll play a crucial role in delivering digital transformation solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and configure solutions that leverage Microsoft Dynamics to drive digital transformation for our customers.
  • Capture and map customer needs to product capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and effective solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects to design solutions that meet user needs and work with developers to configure products to meet specific client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product development and new features, providing relevant information to customers and engineering teams.
Requirements
  • Strong Functional Consultant experience within Dynamics 365.
  • Evidence of leading and shaping successful implementations through in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience with customization and delivery of Dynamics solutions in at least two of the following areas: Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing.
  • Proven ability to work directly with clients, questioning and influencing when necessary.
  • Able to explain technical concepts to clients in simple, accessible language.
  • Experience with various techniques for gathering requirements.
  • Able to communicate user needs clearly through conversation, documentation, and presentations.
  • Experience working within Agile development teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop team members.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant certification.
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Experience with various development methodologies.
  • Participation in knowledge sharing activities within the team and at a wider level.
