Domestic and General: Outbound Sales Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our client, Domestic and General, as an Outbound Sales Agent. In this role, you will be contacting customers to offer Domestic & General products and ensuring they are fully protected with their latest purchases.
About the Role:
- Full-time, permanent position starting in January 2025
- Salary: £23,000 per annum plus an amazing bonus structure averaging £700-£1.5K
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends
Work Arrangement:
- A weekly rotation of shifts, including Monday to Thursday 10:30am to 7:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Alternative shifts include Monday 10:00am to 6:30pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9:30am to 6:30pm, and Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm
About You:
- At least 1 year's experience in outbound sales
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy when needed
- Driven and able to show determination to hit targets
