Classroom Mentor

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Initial Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a vital role in helping our students reach their full potential.

1. Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, contributing to the academic and personal growth of students.
2. Assist with managing classroom behavior, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
3. Prepare materials and resources for lessons, ensuring effective use of time and minimizing distractions.
4. Communicate regularly with parents and carers, keeping them informed of student progress and any concerns.

• A degree or equivalent in Education, Psychology, or a related field, or significant experience working with children.
• An excellent understanding of child development principles and practices, including strategies for promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• An ability to work collaboratively with teachers, other support staff, and external agencies to achieve shared goals.
