Job Title: Industrial Door Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
TDRS is seeking a skilled Industrial Door Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Door Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of automatic doors and industrial doors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Servicing and maintaining automatic doors and industrial doors
• Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment
• Basic electrical wiring
• Working with a team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of doors

Requirements:
A clean driving license and a CSCS Card are required for this position. You will also need to have a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment.

What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate up to £19.50 per hour depending on experience and location
• Home-based, door to door pay
• Premium overtime rates at 1.5 hours per day, travel time is considered overtime
• Saturdays paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate, Sundays paid at double time
• Brand new professionally racked company van - personal use optional
• Mobile phone
• Double time pay for hours worked over 3 hours
• Training opportunities, including the DHF Gate Diploma, DHF Door Diploma, and IPAF certification
