Job Overview:

This role involves supporting the venue General Manager, serving as the right-hand person for running the entertainment venue. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing budgets and stock levels, ensuring health and safety protocols, conducting equipment checks, maximizing efficiency, and driving profitability.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. A minimum of experience in the entertainment or leisure industry.
  2. Cash handling expertise is essential.
  3. Effective time management and prioritization skills are required.
  4. Self-motivation and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service are vital.
  5. Assisting in managing the team is also a key aspect of this role.
  6. Strong IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, are necessary.
  7. GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English are required.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a keen eye for detail.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes 28 days' holiday and additional perks such as employee discounts and long service awards.
