About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team at Howden Group Holdings. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the wider team to achieve objectives.
About You
- You will have experience in developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with private or high-net-worth clients.
- You must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, as this role will involve working closely with existing clients to support their needs.
- You are able to work collaboratively with colleagues to support larger accounts from start to finish, including attending meetings, taking notes, and communicating with insurers.
- You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, as this will enable you to identify and explore opportunities for existing clients to drive the best possible outcome.
- You are willing to learn and expand your insurance knowledge, with opportunities for professional qualification.
- You are consultative, have the ability to question effectively, and are an active listener, taking the time to fully understand client requirements and advise on products and solutions.
