We're seeking an experienced Executive Cook to lead our kitchen team at Riva Blu. In this key role, you'll oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across our menus.

As an Executive Cook, you'll have a deep understanding of our culinary specifications and will maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen. You'll also be responsible for managing staff, mentoring junior chefs, and contributing to menu development.
