MSK Physiotherapist

As a Senior Regional Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients with various conditions and goals. You will work across multiple clinics in your assigned geographical area, ensuring continuity of care and maximising rehabilitation outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload, developing evidence-informed treatment plans, and building strong relationships with patients. Your expertise will be utilised to facilitate the wellbeing of your physiotherapy colleagues, allowing them to take time off when needed.

Our nationwide service offers a diverse range of patients, from office workers to those with accident-related injuries. You may also have opportunities to work on our award-winning virtual physiotherapy service, delivering services from home.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of best practice, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. You will have access to cutting-edge technology, clinical development resources, and ongoing support to advance your practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a clinical caseload of patients with varied conditions and goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-informed treatment plans.
• Build strong relationships with patients through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
• Utilise digital health tools and rehabilitation apps to prescribe online resources and home-exercise programmes.
• Maintain high-quality patient notes and records.
• Provide effective patient handovers for continuity of care.
• Adhere to professional conduct standards and maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance clinical expertise.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
