Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

Exec Recruitment Solutions is working with a reputable Law firm in West Oxfordshire to find a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Wills, Trust & Probate team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Will writing or estate administration, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service. The firm is open to individuals seeking full-time or part-time work, or those who have taken a career break and are looking to return to work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team in a fast-growing local firm. The role involves drafting and advising on Wills, managing probate matters, and advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and advising on Wills, including complex Wills in the Wills team
  • Managing a varied caseload of probate matters from start to finish in the probate team
  • Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service
  • Working closely with the team to support and grow the private client department

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client law
  • Proven experience in Will writing and/or estate administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
