Job Title: Social Value Coordinator

At Fawkes & Reece South, we are seeking an experienced Social Value Coordinator to join our highly skilled team based in the southwest. Reporting directly to the Social Value Manager, this role will oversee a diverse range of projects across the education, healthcare, and leisure sectors, including refurbishment, new build, and demolition.

Key Responsibilities:

* Organize and host events to raise awareness of the company's positive impact on the surrounding community.
* Create data-based reports on the monitoring of internal and external team data.
* Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and local communities to deliver successful projects.

About the Role:

As a Social Value Coordinator, you will be working with a busy regional contractor with a turnover in excess of £90M. Traditionally, projects range in value from £1M to £30M. Our client is prepared to offer a competitive salary and package, including a 7% pension and healthcare benefits.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in social value coordination or a related field.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
