Maintenance Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our services, ensuring that our buildings and facilities are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake regular inspections of buildings, equipment, fixtures, and fittings to identify maintenance needs.
  • Carry out routine and unplanned maintenance operations to ensure minimal disruption to services and compliance with operational standards and statutory regulations.
  • Use your own initiative to resolve maintenance issues and improve the overall maintenance process.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in building and grounds maintenance.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Committed and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Able to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational capability and effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility and strong 'can do' attitude.
