As a Station Ambassador for First Rail, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers at our stations. Your main responsibilities will include approaching customers to offer help, proactively assisting them with self-service machines, and using technology to ensure seamless travel experiences.
We are seeking individuals who are friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering great customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety, ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience every time they travel with us.
As a Station Ambassador, you will work a variety of shifts across different locations, including early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts. On average, you will work 37 hours per week over 5 days, with opportunities to earn approximately £28,572 per annum plus regional allowance. We also offer a range of benefits, including free duty and leisure travel on SWR services, discounts on other train operating companies, and an excellent pension scheme.
