Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical Pensions Administration services to a portfolio of clients, calculate, and make payments of scheme benefits.
  2. Train new members of staff and help mentor and develop their knowledge and understanding.

  4. Support the Administration Manager in helping the department meet deadlines.
  5. Undertake project management work.
  6. Answer technical queries from members by phone, e-mail, and letter.
