The Lensbury Resort is a luxurious leisure club and hotel located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington. We are currently seeking an experienced Café Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our exclusive, members-only café and deli. About The Role
The Café Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the café and deli operation run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, coordinating events, and developing new menus and promotions to drive sales growth. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in managing a busy food service environment and possess excellent leadership skills to motivate and train staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the café and deli operation.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement new menus and promotions to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a busy food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary: £42,000 per annum
