About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that customers receive excellent service, and that our team members are supported and empowered to deliver their best work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring that you are aware of any changes or updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
