About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Milton Keynes. This role will require frequent travel to our sites and compounds throughout Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out tasks independently and at times leading a small group of commercial staff. They will be required to prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor cost against targets, and contract progress against accepted programmes and work plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in delivering commercial outcomes for projects. They must hold a CSCS White, White/Yellow, Red - Experienced or Black - Manager card and a Full Driving License.

About You
  • Qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
  • Successful experience at Quantity Surveyor level, displaying skill in delivering a positive commercial outcome for the project(s) with which you have been associated.
  • You must hold a CSCS White, White/Yellow, Red - Experienced or Black - Manager card.
  • You must hold a Full Driving License.
