About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Chestnut Tree House, a children's hospice providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality clinical and personal care to our patients. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and confidence through our comprehensive development and preceptorship programme.
