Job Title: Payroll Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our team at Parkdean Resorts UK Limited. As a key member of our People Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation, including National Minimum Wage and Working Time Directive.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit third-party payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the team and deputise for the People Shared Services Manager as needed.
Requirements:
  • Qualified CIPP or equivalent experience in payroll compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including NMW and HMRC.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills.
