We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our team at Parkdean Resorts UK Limited. As a key member of our People Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation, including National Minimum Wage and Working Time Directive.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit third-party payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations.
- Provide day-to-day support to the team and deputise for the People Shared Services Manager as needed.
- Qualified CIPP or equivalent experience in payroll compliance.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including NMW and HMRC.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills.
