Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading systems engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to system verification and validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define system requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Design and develop system architectures, functional specifications, and system integration plans, taking into account risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation, including requirement traceability matrices, system design documentation, and testing protocols.
  • Conduct trade studies and technical analyses to evaluate design alternatives and support decision-making.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices in systems engineering.
  • Engage with clients to provide technical expertise, ensuring project requirements are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex systems engineering challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Skilled in project planning, time management, and working under deadlines to ensure project deliverables are met.
