About the Role

We are seeking an experienced nurse to lead our Haemoglobinopathies service. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of this service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating care for patients with haemoglobinopathies
  • Working closely with haematologists and other healthcare professionals to initiate timely admission and discharge planning
  • Liaising with relevant A&E staff to optimize treatment pathways for patients

Salary: £54,320 - £60,981 per annum including HCA
