About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Solicitor to join our Contentious Probate team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality legal services to clients on all aspects of contentious probate work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior colleagues on a broad range of contentious trusts and probate cases
  • Run your own case load efficiently and cost-effectively, meeting strict service level agreements
  • Advise clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their cases
  • Handle a caseload of complex and less-complex matters
  • Contribute to business development activities, both individually and as part of a team
  • Attend and conduct client meetings
  • Draft and prepare court documents in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualified experience dealing with contentious trusts and probate matters
  • Experience in dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proven ability to be flexible and find practical solutions to complex problems
