Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa. Our dealership offers an excellent working environment, and as a Sales Executive with Listers, you'll make every customer feel unique by understanding their needs and preferences.

Salary

The salary package includes a basic salary of £20,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn an additional £32,760 through our commission-based structure, resulting in a total estimated salary of up to £52,760 per annum.

Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include building trust and exceeding customer expectations through effective communication and qualification. You'll be responsible for maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, and handling walk-in prospects and internet enquiries. Additionally, you'll aim to maximise profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You will have previous experience in car sales or retail management, and demonstrate an ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • You'll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
  • A valid UK driver's licence is essential, and while motor trade experience is preferred, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
