Role Overview

As a Master Technician at Bristol Street Motors Ford Orpington, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert vehicle maintenance and repair. Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with service advisors, customers, and senior management to ensure exceptional customer service and a professional approach.
  • Assist in mentoring and developing junior technicians to maintain high team standards.
  • Maintain a high level of technical competence through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
  • Current experience as a Senior/Master Technician.
  • Your own set of tools.
  • A full UK driving licence.
