Job Summary:

The Mechanical Supervisor - Modular Plantrooms will be responsible for:

  • Managing the fabrication of modular plantrooms
  • Liaising with project management teams in weekly project meetings to discuss progress and programmes
  • Managing raw materials and stock levels
  • Reviewing all assembly drawings prior to entering the production line for correct measurements and specification
  • Ensuring company assembly procedures are adhered to and developed
  • Liaising regularly with management in relation to labour resources, training, machinery, and any non-conformances
  • Supporting weekly progress reports and target advancements on individual project
  • Ensuring the project progresses in a timely manner and in accordance with project programs and specifications
  • Managing and scheduling workload accordingly in the assembly facilities
Requirements:

The ideal applicant will be a Mechanical Supervisor - Modular Plantrooms with:

  • Must have Mechanical Supervisor experience within the plumbing and heating market sector
  • Sound technical knowledge of plumbing and pipe fitting etc
  • Good people management skills (15-20 reports)
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
