We're seeking a visionary Customer Experience Manager to spearhead our transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you'll drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and productivity.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish Service Level Agreements and ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Manage customer complaints, service, and quality issues, ensuring rigorous investigation and resolution.

- Proven experience in customer experience management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations.
