We're seeking a visionary Customer Experience Manager to spearhead our transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you'll drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver customer experience programs, including benchmarking, surveys, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish Service Level Agreements and ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Manage customer complaints, service, and quality issues, ensuring rigorous investigation and resolution.
  • Develop and implement a robust people strategy to enhance team productivity and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer experience management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and influencing skills, with a proven track record of driving change and improvement.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
