About the Role

This part-time position is available at our Haverhill Supported Learning Centre, where you will work alongside our experienced team of tutors and student support staff. Your main responsibilities will include providing emotional support, facilitating learning, and promoting independence among our students.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a company pension, free parking, and an annual pay review. If you are calm, empathetic, and passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and facilitate learning among students with varying learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and/or challenging behaviours.
  • Work closely with tutors and the student support team to promote independence and achieve academic qualifications.
  • Support students in and out of the classroom, including during lesson time, break times, and extracurricular activities.
