Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brook Street NMR. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in managing suppliers, negotiating costs, and maintaining stock levels.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our procurement team. You will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, raising and managing purchase orders, and monitoring stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to minimize costs and ensure quality
  • Raising and managing purchase orders
  • Monitoring stock levels and placing timely orders
  • Resolving invoice queries with accounts
  • Coordinating deliveries and returns with transport
  • Handling returns and faulty product replacements
  • Providing additional administrative support when required
