The Senior Business Analyst - Data Insights will play a key role in our data-driven decision-making process. This role will focus on providing insightful analysis to aid in business decisions, working closely with the existing FP&A and Sales compensation teams, and cross-functionally across N-able.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the existing FP&A and Sales compensation teams to provide data-driven insights
  • Create, improve, maintain, and analyze the billings and product reporting
  • QA monthly billing results validating with Salesforce and Billing Systems
  • Evaluate internal processes and reporting for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain procedures for cleaning data
  • Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as required

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong Sales Operations or FP&A experience in a software organization
  • Excellent visualization creation experience (Tableau, Power BI) with strong attention to detail focusing on completeness and accuracy of information
  • Strong and Proficient Microsoft Excel skills leveraging best practices for scalability
  • Ability and desire to understand the details, synthesize them, and effectively communicate findings verbally and in writing
  • Inclination towards solving problems and articulating findings from complex datasets to communicate insights & translate into actionable next steps
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize effectively, achieve commitments and deliver results with a sense of urgency
  • Team player with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization as well as work independently
