Digital Marketing Communications Specialist

Oxford University Innovation is seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy to showcase our innovation excellence and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage our digital marketing plan and platforms to enhance our online presence and engagement.
- Manage our website, Dynamics 365 marketing applications, and other digital platforms to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
- Collaborate with our marketing and communications team, business units, and external stakeholders to develop and maintain our digital platforms.
- Coordinate and develop digital tools and approaches to enhance our digital presence and measure our performance.
- Support colleagues to utilise our digital platforms for marketing purposes and manage activities within budget.
- Proven experience in managing digital platforms and projects, with a strong understanding of software and systems.
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to work well with knowledgeable and motivated people to achieve goals.
- Strong technical and data-driven ability, with a broad understanding of software and systems to build our SEO, UX journey, and platform optimisation.
- Experience using CRM software and proficiency in working within and developing relevant marketing dashboards and reports.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage diverse projects and stakeholders effectively.
