Job Description Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Senior Care Assistant. You will work closely with our Registered Nurses and Care Managers to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of care delivered
  • BUILDING strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Providing essential physical and mental stimulation through activities
  • Administering medication under supervision

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or equivalent)
  • A willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care
  • An understanding of person-centered care planning and dementia care
