About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team in London. As a KYC Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our client in a large-scale KYC project, conducting end-to-end CDD reviews across various jurisdictions and entity types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform remediation, onboarding, and periodic KYC reviews for our client
  • Gather and analyze KYC documentation to identify and close gaps
  • Sourcing data from approved public sources using established methods
  • Constructing KYC packs using required information and documentation
  • Ensuring stakeholders are informed on progress or bottlenecks within the KYC review process
  • Escalating to relevant teams where information cannot be sourced or provided
  • Conducting screening checks using third-party tools to identify Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media

Requirements

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Experience in AML/KYC due diligence roles
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines
  • Domain knowledge of AML Typologies/Red Flags
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end process for client onboarding and periodic reviews
  • Knowledge of due diligence requirements on a broad range of entity types
  • Experience handling and managing complex data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment against deadlines and SLAs

Desirable

  • A working knowledge of FinCrime industry standard frameworks, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Experience conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk entity types
  • Experience working within a consultancy and/or service provider environment
  • Experience working within investment and corporate banking
  • BA/BSc Graduate Degree or equivalent

Expectations regarding hybrid working

As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
