Exciting Opportunity for a Structural Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineering Director to join our team at FUTURE ENGINEERING. This is a fantastic chance to lead a talented group of professionals and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth and expansion by developing and executing strategies to strengthen our professional reputation and brand presence in the UK market.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Take ownership of project design outcomes, resource management, and budget control, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities for growth and success.
  • Lead business development efforts, including tender preparation and new business acquisition, to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide expert guidance, training, and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Accountable for financial performance, maintaining a clear understanding of profit and loss.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in structural engineering design and project delivery, preferably in the London market.
  • Chartered Engineer status, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Proven track record of securing consultancy projects and an established reputation within the industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering diverse structural projects across various market sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on staff retention, recruitment, and team development.
  • Strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Salary: £92,500 (includes basic pay, innovative company benefits, immediate start, Central London location, stability, international company profile, and a healthy work-life balance)
