About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Transfer Specialist to join our team at GB035 Mercer (UK) Limited. As a key member of our Risk Transfer team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the journey to buyout for pensions schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to develop and implement strategies for bulk annuity broking and pension scheme wind-ups.
- Provide expert advice on key considerations for the journey to buyout, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including trustees and corporates.
- Project manage a portfolio of clients to help them achieve their buyout and winding up objectives.
- Support the development of more junior colleagues and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in risk transfer, bulk annuity broking, and pension scheme wind-ups.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with a proven track record of client exposure.
- Strong sense of team working and ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities, with the ability to prioritise and complete work to meet project deadlines.
