Project Manager Role

About the Role
The Project Manager role is a key position within the commercial team, responsible for supporting a wide variety of projects across acquisitions and integrations, continuous improvement, and ongoing tracking of business activities. This role will also be involved in the integration of acquired shows/businesses into RXUK and is responsible for the coordination of the formal acquisition integration plan.
Responsibilities
- Leading collaborative discussions with cross-functional teams for all the projects assigned and being managed by the transformation and PMO team.
- Ensuring comprehensive reporting and metrics visibility to Hub leadership on current ongoing projects.
- Conducting analytics of internal data as needed to provide accurate status of activities on projects as needed.
- Ensuring timely escalations as per the escalation matrix/organisational structure for missed/delay in timelines for project tasks.
- Tracking and monitoring cadence and adherence to tasks as per the annual EVP's to ensure timely completion for all events in the UK Hub.
- Managing the annual EVP calendar and activities along with reporting to the key stakeholders for each event on the status of the EVP's on an ongoing basis.
- Reviewing existing integration plans and updating processes and procedures in the integrating unit for fit adoption into RX UK systems.
- Coordination of all the various divisions/departments to progress and deliver the integration plan including legal, HR, Finance, marketing, compliance, and commercial.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Project Management within a matrix organisation.
- Able to quickly gain an understanding of the underlying processes deployed in RXUK.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Highly organised; able to manage projects, multi-task, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Positive, enthusiastic, results-oriented, and self-motivated to produce impactful work.
- Possess an ethos of continuous learning, welcoming constructive feedback, and embracing new challenges.
- Experience with core business platforms such as Salesforce and reporting & visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
