Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to lead and manage our field-based operational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for thinking and acting operationally and strategically, with a constant eye on achieving high performance standards, meeting business and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Build strong working relationships with the field-based team, manage and monitor staffing levels and annual leave, sickness, and other absences, review and manage performance and quality, carry out investigations and fact-finds.
  • Communication: Lead on team communication, including conducting tool-box talks, and delivering company information to the field-based teams.
  • Customer Service: Deal with field-based team queries, act as the first point of contact to informally resolve any issues and concerns, and respond to customer feedback.
  • Performance and Quality: Lead on performance and quality, assist with technical support, mentoring, and training of engineers, and ensure 100% compliance is met on all contracts.
  • Fleet Management: Ensure all aspects of fleet within your team are maintained to a high standard, working with Fleet to achieve this together, including investigating accidents.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working in domestic heating and holding the relevant gas qualifications.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • DBS check prior to onboarding.
