As a Hair Stylist or Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing services to clients, working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Deliver high-quality hairdressing services, including hair colouring, balayage, and highlights.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Level 2 qualification in hairdressing (Level 3 is preferred but not essential).
• At least 3 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and varying hours.
• Knowledge of hair colouring, balayage, and highlights.
