Job Description
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with the wider school community to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students with SEN.

This role offers a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of students with complex needs. As a Primary SEN Educator, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience of working with children who have SEN in either mainstream or special school provision.
  • Basic knowledge of PECS, Makaton, TEACCH, and Team Teach methodologies.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent contract with a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
