Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Boyle Software, Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deploy network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, to meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
  2. Configure and optimize network devices to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
  3. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues, including latency, packet loss, and bandwidth constraints.
  4. Implement and enforce network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network requirements for new projects, applications, and initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
  2. Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
  3. In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols.
  4. Hands-on experience with network equipment from leading vendors, such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
  5. Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as Wireshark and Nagios.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
