On Target Earnings £33,000 to £35,000 Based in Dinnington.

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by engaging potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a persuasive communicator with a natural flair for building connections. Responsibilities
  • Calling potential new customers through warm and cold leads with the aim of setting appointments for our Business Development and Account Managers.
  • Utilise our CRM system to manage and update customer information, track sales activities, and effectively manage leads.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand existing quotes and follow up with customers to close sales opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
  • £28,000 - £30,000 salary per annum.
  • Uncapped commission structure paid monthly.

Desired Experience / Competencies
  • Experience in a sales or appointment setting role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, demonstrating familiarity with sales processes and the ability to effectively set appointments.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho) and leveraging CRM tools for lead management, sales activities, and reporting.
  • Sales-driven Mindset: Results-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets, demonstrate a hunger for sales success, and proactively seek opportunities to drive results.
