About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Development Director to help us define our future as a centre of excellence for scalable technology. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex accounts and supporting the wider teams' business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex accounts and support the wider teams' business
- Deliver significant revenue growth by using business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how Epsilon's solutions can help clients achieve their business goals
- Coordinate internal resources for the delivery of objective-based solutions for clients
- Create and deliver customized sales opportunities for clients
- Build relationships with key decision makers within client organisations, while understanding the landscape and gaining account penetration
- Cross-sell and become an expert in different products of Epsilon
- Negotiate and close contracts with client's key decision makers
Requirements:
- 12+ years of industry experience, including 7+ years of professional digital sales and marketing business experience
- Significant industry experience in Internal Sales / Client Development / Consulting role
- Excelled in a target-driven sales position
- Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
- Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement
- Strong negotiation skills
- Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
- Comfortable at growing accounts and revenue, not afraid to ask for the business
- Account Planning - helping internal and external stakeholders see the bigger picture and plan
- Highly driven, motivated and ambitious self-starter
- Curious to learn and focused on own personal development
