Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-class retail, bar, and third-party concessions operations on non-event and event days.
- Uphold and manage business needs and performance expectations and standards.
- Champion HSE within the unit and lead by example, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.
- Champion sustainability throughout the retail department.
- Gain an understanding of delivery of financial targets and Key Performance Indicators within areas of responsibility.
- Train and deliver quality and operational standards and uphold the same.
- Establish excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and other departments.
- Manage and develop relevant personnel, providing inspiration and leadership to deliver exceptional service.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail and beverage environment.

- Standards and quality-driven hands-on management style.
- Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery.
