We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gynaecology and Obstetrics Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our obstetrics and gynaecology services, including service development and audit/quality improvement. A salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include managing and administering a comprehensive obstetrics and gynaecology service, including delegating tasks and appraising performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent management and leadership skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, relatives, GPs, nurses, and other agencies.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in teaching and training, with a focus on developing and supporting junior staff. They will also be expected to contribute to the development of the trust's strategy and business plans.
