Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure all guest rooms are clean and tidy, and that all amenities are provided
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling room assignments, and coordinating with other departments
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve high standards of service and quality
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash
- Familiarity with hotel software and systems
