Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure all guest rooms are clean and tidy, and that all amenities are provided
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling room assignments, and coordinating with other departments
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve high standards of service and quality
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash
  • Familiarity with hotel software and systems
Salary and Benefits
