Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Project Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a mechanical bias to contribute to a variety of projects, working closely with West Midlands Police.

About the Role
  • This project involves overseeing building and system modifications as part of our estates strategy, managing routine maintenance activities provided by contractors, and ensuring the provision of independent utilities on a previously shared site.
  • You will be responsible for delivering a new boiler house on a different site, migrating BMS systems to newer technology, and implementing a separator maintenance strategy.
About You
  • Mechanical building services engineering experience is essential, with a strong background in project management and building modifications.
  • Prior experience in overseeing routine maintenance, providing independent utilities, and implementing separator maintenance strategies would be advantageous.
  • A Chartered Engineer qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
