The Role

We're seeking a seasoned estate agent to join our team as a Nested Area Partner in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a local strategy, marketing tactics, and sales approach. This is a unique opportunity to grow your own estate agency business while being supported by our marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local strategy to drive sales and growth
  • Manage marketing budgets and generate leads
  • Build a local valuation machine and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Align with the Nested brand and customer-centric approach
  • Utilize our market-leading customer app to streamline communication and property insights
  • Participate in a values-driven estate agency with ambitious growth plans and hands-on training

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of top industry experience in residential property sales and marketing
  • Clear strategy and understanding of marketing budget management and lead generation
  • Alignment with the Nested brand and customer-centric approach
  • Strong social media skills and enthusiasm for building your brand and engaging with your community
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
