Job Description

CFA Institute is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our Source to Pay (S2P) team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the contracting process globally, including contract preparation, legal review, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the contracting process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients, vendors, and attorneys to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Lead the outsourced contract management team, providing oversight and guidance on contract performance and modifications.
  • Create policies and procedures for contract management, including training and development programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience in contract management, legal, or procurement.
  • Global experience working in a contract management, legal, or procurement role.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional languages such as Mandarin being a strong asset.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize contractual agreements, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
